Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you contact us after shipment, we will review the actual order status and let you know whether cancellation is still available. If a cancellation after shipment is accepted, any costs already incurred, including shipping-related charges, may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

- The item arrived damaged or defective, and sufficient supporting evidence is provided.

3. Conditions for Refunds After Delivery
If the order has already been delivered, a refund will usually be considered only after a return request has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, and where applicable, after the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

- The delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, refuses the package, or does not cooperate with the carrier.
- Shipping charges, carrier charges, payment processing charges, or other costs already incurred are non-recoverable, except where the issue was caused by our error or where otherwise required by law.
5. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide your order number together with clear photos of the item and packaging.
After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the actual situation.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
